For the beef lover, this half beef offers approximately 210-240 pounds of packaged meat. The full spectrum of cuts is included and gives you a choice in cut-up related to steak and roast thickness, packaging options, and ground beef or stew meat. This share does include brisket, flank, and organ meat. Specialty beef bratwursts, patties, and sausages will incur extra processing charges. Contact the farm to check on the next processing date.
